Wholesale Lockbox

• Typically used for a low volume of higher dollar payments and moderate volumes of mixed-dollar size payments
• Payments are generally accompanied with a combination of invoices, coupons and additional documentation
• Access images online

Retail Lockbox

• For companies that receive consumer payments and remittance coupons containing Optical Character Recognition (OCR) lines
• Typically for a large volume of low dollar payments
• Update accounts payable with secure data transmission
