American National Bank of Texas Names Bill Wade Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Information Technology

Terrell, Texas – June 1, 2012 – American National Bank of Texas, one of the oldest and largest independently owned banks in Texas, announced the addition of William J. Wade II as chief information officer and executive vice president of information technology.
 
Wade is joining American National Bank of Texas after successfully serving industries including banking, health and fitness, restaurants, retail, consulting, broadcasting and public safety.
 
Wade has served in a myriad of leadership positions including chief information officer of Gold’s Gym International, vice president of information technology for TRT Holdings, senior director of information technology at Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, vice president of information technology at Texas Capital Bank, and senior manager at Arthur Andersen.
 
Wade has a Bachelor of Business Administration in management from the University of Texas at Arlington.
