American National Bank of Texas Names John Cooper Vice President of the Sachse Banking Center

Sachse, Texas – June 25, 2012 – American National Bank of Texas, one of the oldest and largest independently owned banks in Texas, announced the addition of Vice President John Cooper to the Sachse banking location.
 
Cooper brings almost 20 years of banking experience to his position at American National Bank of Texas. With past positions including president of Cooper Business Information Services, Inc. an independent bank consultant, Cooper has been successful using his expertise to serve professional trade associations and community banks.
 
“I was a commercial and personal banking customer first, so I know that American National Bank of Texas always approaches the business of banking on a personal level,” said Cooper. “Joining such a great team allows me to develop new relationships and further existing relationships with our customers.”
 
Cooper has a Bachelor of Science in agricultural economics and a Master of Agriculture from Texas A&M University, and he is a graduate of the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking. In addition, Cooper is a past director and officer of the Sachse and Wylie chambers of commerce as well as a past assistant scoutmaster and troop committee member for Boy Scouts Troop 57 in Garland.
