A Personal Trust Department Manager in the Wealth Management division, Lou Johnson has been an important asset to American National Bank of Texas since 2003.

“My potential client needs to know that I am passionate about estate planning,” says Lou. “I want them to have a current will and for their will to adequately convey their wishes. I would also want to remind them that when they name American National Bank of Texas to serve as their corporate executor, they will avoid placing an unnecessary burden on a friend or family member.”

Lou is a degreed accountant with more than ten years of experience in public accounting with an emphasis in taxation.

Presently, Lou is a Rockwall Chamber of Commerce board of directors member, Rockwall Rotary Club member, Rockwall Rotary Foundation treasurer, Arc Preschool chair, and a First United Methodist Church of Rockwall member.

Lou has a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington and holds the following designations: Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA).
