Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lender
Ellitt Braud is a commercial lender at American National Bank of Texas. He has been with the bank since 2014.
“When it comes to community banking, it is all about relationships that are built through friendship and trust, not on just numbers.” says Ellitt. “I strive to give customers the best banking experience they’ve ever had by focusing on what is best for them. It’s such a reward to watch business owners and individuals that I’ve worked with accomplish their goals and achieve success.”
Ellitt has a considerable amount of experience in small business loans, commercial real estate financing and business development. He specializes particularly in business banking (lines of credit, equipment financing and owner occupied commercial real estate) and commercial real estate financing for developments such as medical, retail, multi-family, mini-storage, mixed-use, office and other property types.
Ellitt grew up in Plano and is an alumnus of Plano Senior High School. After high school, he went on to attend Baylor University where he graduated in 2011 with a BBA in Finance. In 2016, Ellitt earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Dallas Baptist University.
Outside of the bank, Ellitt is an active member in the community with involvement in the Plano East Rotary Club, Plano Chamber of Commerce, as well as volunteering at the Scottish Rite Hospital. He also enjoys playing golf and cheering on his Baylor Bears.
“I remember when Plano was nothing but raw land and dirt roads. It has been exciting to see the change and growth in the community over the years. I am blessed to be involved in such a great community where I’ve been able to form great relationships throughout Collin County.”
