Technical updates are being made to the following Intuit bank connections:  Quicken®, QuickBooks Desktop®, QuickBooks Online®, and Mint.

Intuit bank connections will be unavailable starting Friday, April 6, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. (CST).  Connectivity to Web Connect and Direct Connect will be restored Monday, April 9, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. (CST).  

Express Web Connect for Quicken®, QuickBooks Online®, and Mint will continue to be unavailable for 3-5 business days after Monday, April 9, 2018.  See details below for a description of your software connection types.
 
Bill pay users from within Quicken® or QuickBooks software. You will need to cancel outstanding payments by April 4, 2018 to prevent duplicate payments.  Bill payments should be recreated once you’ve completed instructions for updating your Intuit software.

Quicken®

Quicken® Connection Type(s):
  • Web Connect – Customer must manually download Web Connect file from our online banking website.
  • Express Web Connect – Customer’s accounts must be linked to financial directory name within Quicken®.
  • Direct Connect – Customer’s accounts must be linked to financial directory name within Quicken®. Automatic retrieval of bank transactions with Quicken®

QuickBooks Desktop®

QuickBooks Desktop® Connection Type(s):
  • Web Connect – Customer must manually download Web Connect file from our online banking website.
  • Direct Connect – Customer’s accounts must be linked to financial directory name within QuickBooks Desktop. Automatic retrieval of bank transactions with QuickBooks Desktop®.

QuickBooks Online®

Mint®

 REMINDER: Do NOT open Mint® for 3-5 business days after 6:00pm on Friday, April 2nd to ensure your Mint product/connection is properly updated. Mint® will automatically update. No additional customer action is required.
