ITM stands for Interactive Teller Machine, which is a video-based interactive technology that allows customers to conduct traditional ATM transactions and more complex banking services through a centrally based banker. ANBTX ITMs are called ANBTX Live.
ANBTX launched ITMs because we understand the need to be available to our customers, in more ways than one. We want to offer the latest in technology, while still offering authentic, personalized service.
When you request Banker Assistance or Help, you will be connected with an ANBTX Banker—the same bankers who assist you today when you call our Customer Care Unit.

The Video Banker Assist option is what makes a difference. It allows a live ANBTX Banker to be reached via the 'Help' button at the bottom left corner of the interactive screen during any session or through the 'Request Banker Assistance' option available after you touch the screen to begin your very first transaction. Video Banker Assist is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 7:00 pm and on Saturdays from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.
No, you do not. You can continue to use the ITMs machine as an ATM. Simply use your debit card like you have always done when making an ATM transaction.
No. Depending on the transaction, a photo I.D. will be required to verify your identity. Customers can continue to use their debit card for ATM withdrawals.
ITMs take banking security to another level. Our ITMs have several security features that allow for customer authentication. Depending on your transaction, a photo I.D. will be required to verify your identity, giving you greater security. Like with ATMs, we encourage you to always practice security by being aware of your surroundings, protecting your personal information, and reporting suspicious activity you see.

No, unfortunately business accounts cannot be accessed using our ITMs.
Yes, they can. Non-ANBTX customers can use our ANBTX ITM as they would use an ATM and Video Banker Assistance to cash on-us ANBTX checks.
 
*Must have the funds available in your account at time of transaction. Deposits submitted before 6:00 p.m. (Central Standard Time) on a business day generally will be available the next business day. Deposits submitted after 6:00 p.m. or on a non-business day will be processed the next business day. In some instances, availability may be delayed if we require further review of a deposit.
