American National Bank of Texas (ANBTX) officially opened its new mortgage loan office in Cedar Hill, TX, on May 23, 2023. This office is dedicated exclusively to mortgage lending allowing ANBTX to expand its reach to more parts of the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex while also providing additional support to key majority-minority neighborhoods and underrepresented markets in Southwest and Southern Dallas County.
The event included a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony and was attended by local city, community, and civic leaders, including the city of Cedar Hill’s Economic Development Group and Chamber of Commerce, local real estate agents, business owners, and residents.
After the initial ceremony at its new location, ANBTX continued the celebration inviting attendees to a local event hosted in Cedar Hill’s historic district, which provided additional opportunities to meet and interact with its new neighbors.
