I’d like to express our appreciation for your patience and understanding during this unique time. At American National Bank of Texas, our priority is always the well-being and health of our customers, our community, and our employees. And I wanted to take a moment to communicate how we’ve been preparing and planning to keep you safe as well as ensure you have access to the financial tools and resources you need.

We are monitoring the situation daily. Because circumstances continue to evolve, we are implementing steps that we can take now proactively, but we are also working on several contingency plans in case we need to implement them in the future.

That’s why effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020, lobby access at our open banking centers will be by appointment only in order to keep you and our employees safe. However, we're still accessible and ready to help via our drive-in lanes and ATM(s). For any business that cannot be conducted through the drive-in or ATM, please contact your banker or banking center manager to schedule an appointment. For a list of our open banking center locations, click here.

Also, we encourage everyone to use our digital and automated tools as much as possible.

Just like everyone else in the country, we know this is a time of uncertainty and fear, both personally and economically, for many. We feel confident that we are ready to make critical adjustments to address additional issues that may arise—and we are doing everything we can to mitigate and reduce exposure.
