Prior to joining ANBTX, Robin served as a trust officer with JPMorgan Chase Bank for 15 years in their Wealth Management Group. Over her career she has handled many types of trusts, including Revocable Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, Life Insurance Trusts, Charitable Trusts, Educational Trusts, and others. Her primary focus has been Special Needs Trusts.
Robin was excited to have the opportunity to make the switch to a community bank. “Having spent time both in a multi-national bank and in community banks over the years, I can say without reservation that the client experience in a community bank is far superior,” says Robin. “I look forward to sharing that experience with my clients and working closely with my trust beneficiaries, their families, and other care providers to ensure that their trust is administered in the most effective way possible.”
Robin attended Texas A&M University in pursuit of an accounting degree before beginning her banking career in 1994. Since that time, she has completed a four year Trust School Program and received her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification in 2005. She’s also successfully completed Risk Management Association’s Lending Program and Texas Bankers Association Graduate Trust School.
In her spare time, Robin likes to travel. She is a member of First Baptist Church, Rockwall. She is active with the Institute of Certified Bankers, American Bankers Association, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and serves as an instructor for the Wealth Management & Trust Division of the Texas Bankers Association.
