Your Banking Is Getting an Upgrade

We’re excited to announce an upcoming upgrade (July 11-14) to the systems and solutions that power our bank. Our goal is to help you bank better and to deliver an exceptional experience. As we mark our 150th year in business, we remain committed to this goal, and to provide you with—and invest in—best-in-class banking services and support. And this upgrade is one way we’re working to do just that.

Upgrade Impact

While most of the upgrade will happen behind the scenes—and there’s no change to your debit card or PIN, checking account number, checks, etc.—some of the services you use may be impacted during that weekend of July 11 – July 13 (e.g., online banking, ATMs, etc.) We apologize for the disruption and downtime. Like any software upgrade, we must exit the system for the updates to take effect—and we’ll need time post-upgrade to ensure everything has updated properly.

Upgrade Dates

  1. Week of July 7

Be sure to plan for any services you may need during the upgrade weekend (July 11-July 13), such as reviewing your Bill Pay schedule, downloading any files from Quicken/QuickBooks, etc.

  2. Friday, Saturday & Sunday July 11 -13

Review the updated schedule for upgrade weekend:

    • ANBTX Banking Centers, including our drive-ins, will close at 3:00 pm on Friday and be closed all day on Saturday.
    • Automated Telephone Banking will close Friday evening and be unavailable on Saturday and Sunday.
    • Our Customer Care Unit will be closed on Saturday
    • ANBTX ATMs/ITMs will be unavailable over this weekend.
  3. Monday July 14

Back to business! ANBTX will open with normal banking hours on Monday, July 14. Just note: some banking features may not be available until later in the day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our current banking system has been an important part of our operations; however, it does have some limitations—and for that reason, we need to upgrade. We always want to ensure you have the best systems and support and this upgrade will help us do just that.
The best way to prepare is to plan for any services you may need during the upgrade weekend (July 11-July 13), such as reviewing your Bill Pay schedule, downloading any files from Quicken/QuickBooks, etc.
Yes. Some systems and services will be impacted. Because of the complexities and scale of the software upgrade, the process requires that we go offline. In addition, we’ll need time after the upgrade to review our systems and ensure everything is running smoothly. However, we will be working around the clock to ensure ANBTX—and all our banking services—are up and running as soon as possible.

ANBTX checking and savings account numbers won’t change or be impacted. A handful of loan or CD accounts will change and those customers have been notified via letter.

Absolutely. ANBTX debit card and PIN will work throughout the upgrade. Just note: ANBTX ATMs/ITMs will be down throughout the upgrade weekend; however, you will be able to use your debit card at any merchant(s) as normal.

No, your ANBTX Checks will not change.
You may receive additional statements in July (depending upon when your monthly statement is processed). You will notice a new look and feel to your statements (post-upgrade) as we’ve worked to improve how you view your banking information and activity.

Automated telephone banking will be unavailable over the upgrade weekend. And the first time you call in—post upgrade—you will need to set up a new username and password.

The upgrade will affect our online and mobile banking—both personal and commercial—and they will be down starting Friday evening and throughout the weekend (July 11-13). Some functions may not be available until later in the day on Monday.

Your login will remain the same, and you will be able to access your account as soon as the upgrade is over. Your online banking/mobile app navigation will be updated, and some functions may change, such as eStatement enrollment.
Payees/payments will not need to be set up again after the upgrade. Mobile Deposits will work the same.

You will need to reconnect to Quicken/QuickBooks after the conversion on Monday, July 14. Instructions on how to do this are available on this site. Click the link to go to the consumer or commercial pages to access the specific instructions you need.
