G. Eliot Jones
G. Eliot Jones is executive vice president and director of finance and accounting at American National Bank of Texas. With over 30 years of experience in banking, he brings a wealth of financial knowledge and expertise.
Eliot joined ANBTX in 1997 and is responsible for managing all accounting and financial-related activities for the bank, including budget planning and management, analysis, and financial and investor reporting.
“Growing up in this area, the bank’s commitment to our customers and the communities we serve is one of our most important jobs,” Eliot says. This is evident by his past participation in various local organizations, including the Kiwanis Club, as president of Terrell Athletic Booster Club, and as a board of director of the Terrell Chamber of Commerce, and the Riter C. Hulsey Public Library.
Eliot earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Texas, and his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics at Austin College.
