New Account Checklist

  1. Fund your business account (if you haven't already)

During the account opening process, you chose one of the following options—here's some additional information:

    • Transfer Funds. It could take up to four business days for funds to be available if you chose to fund your account via transfer from ANBTX or another financial institution. You will be able to use your new account once it is funded.
    • Write a Check. You will be able to use your new account once it is funded. Please send your check to this address:
PO Box 40, ATTN: Customer Care Unit, Terrell, TX 75160.

  2. Choose your digital services

We offer three levels of Business Online and Mobile banking solutions––essential, enhanced, and advanced. All are designed to power up your business with more control, convenience, and confidence.

    • Essential Digital Services.
Most sole proprietors start with our basic Essential Business Online and Mobile Banking. You can conveniently manage your business finances and monitor cash flow, all from your desktop, laptop, or mobile device.
      • Sign up online using your Social Security number (SSN) if you use your SSN for your business.
      • Or, if you use a TIN (Tax Identification Number) for your business, visit an ANBTX banking center to enroll.
    • Enhanced Digital Services (Cash Management).
If you need more than the basics, our enhanced digital services allow you to pay employees, securely wire money, and assign banking access to others, like your bookkeeper or CPA. Learn more about our Cash Management digital services.
    • Advanced Digital Services (Treasury Management).
For the most advanced level of service, you can explore our Treasury Management digital services.

To enroll or learn more about Cash Management or Treasury Management, contact us for in-person assistance.

  3. Order business checks

Even if you plan to handle most of your transactions electronically, it's always a good idea to have a supply of checks on hand. We require that your first business check order be handled in person so we can verify your identity. (After that, you'll be able to reorder online.) We can assist you at any of our conveniently located banking centers.
